"The Cabbits (named for their cat-like appearance and long ears) first started showing up to Kalyturn's Hybridization Center without much warning--in ones and twos, they descended into the box canyon, twining under dragon-feet and sitting on the laps of prospective sponsors, leaving 'presents' on pillows and generally making a nuisance of themselves... which Kalyturn, at least, didn't mind, as she's a cat-person at heart.

And then they started to have babies. Well, at least they look pretty!
